Kentaro Nagano

NAAW is a design practice co-founded by Kentaro Nagano (NA) & Alice Wong (AW) in 2014. It is a design unit looking into fundamentals of architecture - a spatial media between humans and nature. It is the in-between condition which makes connections possible. We are interested in exploring the openness and publicness in architecture which bridges human soul and sensation with our surroundings and time. Respecting each local site context, we approach design in a transparent, honest and rational way with a strong commitment to improving our built environment for a better living.
